Laboratory testing is performed through our trusted partners, Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics.
The $750 evaluation fee covers your physician consultations, medical evaluation, and personalized treatment plan. Laboratory testing is billed separately through your insurance provider, and you are responsible for any applicable copays, deductibles, or remaining balances determined by your insurance plan.
