Comprehensive Hormone Evaluation & Personalized Treatment Plan — $750
Your hormone evaluation is more than a consultation—it’s a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your symptoms, identify potential hormone imbalances, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
Your evaluation includes:
- Comprehensive consultation with Dr. Bortecen
- Review of your medical history, symptoms, and health goals
- Customized laboratory testing to evaluate testosterone and other key hormone markers
- Follow-up appointment to review your laboratory results
- Personalized hormone optimization treatment plan
If hormone replacement therapy is appropriate, Dr. Bortecen will review your treatment options, initiate therapy when indicated, and monitor your progress over time to help you achieve safe, effective, and long-lasting results.
Comprehensive Hormone Testing
Unlike many clinics that only evaluate a handful of hormone markers, Dr. Bortecen’s assessment includes 40+ biomarkers to provide a comprehensive view of your hormonal, metabolic, and overall health.
By evaluating far more than testosterone alone, we can identify underlying hormone imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, metabolic concerns, and other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms—allowing us to create a truly personalized treatment plan.
